Felixstowe United Reformed Church is a small but enthusiastic local congregation of the URC. We meet for worship on Sunday Mornings at 10:30am (Unless otherwise advertised). During the winter months (October to April) we meet in the small hall next to the Tomline Road entrance. During the Summer (May to September) we worship in the main church worship area.

Our Sunday worship is broadly traditional in style with a combination of hymns, worship songs, prayers, bible readings, reflections and a message (sometimes called the Sermon). Worship is led by one of our ministers or a variety of preachers including retired ministers, elders and friends from across the pastorate. Music to accompany the singing is either live (on the piano or organ) or pre-recorded. We have special services to mark the festivals and seasons of the Christian year.

We normally celebrate the Lord’s Supper (Holy Communion) on the first Sunday of each month. It is an open table so all are invited to participate.

We work in partnership with the other churches in the Ipswich and East URC Pastorate. We are also part of Churches Together in Felixstowe and, in particular, our friends of Felixstowe Methodist Church.

We are able to offer infant blessings, baptism, weddings, funerals. For more information please contact our ministers (see contact page).
